Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul’s “Lady in Red” in Their New Costumes
2016-04-20;The “Lady in Red’’ is one of the iconic symbols of the Kempinski Hotels, which we also call them our “First Ladies.” As a courtesy of our General Manager; these ladies greet, meet and bid farewell to all of our guests during their stay. As the name suggests, our “Lady in Red” team wear red suits while providing the highest quality of service.
We are delighted to announce that Çırağan Palace’s “Lady in Red” team now have brand new, tailor-made costumes whose designs draw inspiration from the heritage and essence of the city.
Inspired by couture pieces from the 50s and 60s, the Ottoman jackets such as “cepken and üçetek” and as well as traditional Turkish floral and graphic patterns, these new costumes combine history and timeless garments from European designers!
