重庆担担面所需辣椒油,胡椒油,芝麻酱,花生酱,芝麻油,肉臊,姜,大蒜,酱油各种新鲜配料,均匀搅拌这些调料即可享用正宗的重庆担担面。担担面中最有名的又要数陈包包的担担面了,它是四川一位名叫陈包包的小贩始创于1841年。因最初是挑着担子沿街叫卖而得名。过去,成都走街串巷的担担面,用一中铜锅隔两格,一格煮面,一格炖鸡或炖蹄膀。在山城重庆你会时常看见小贩们挑着扁担,爬坡上坎叫卖,所以当地人称之为“担担”面。
