拥有30余年甜品从业经验的乔吉姆来自瑞士,他在甜品制作和烘焙方面拥有丰富的经验和很深的造诣,曾在全球多家美食杂志和专刊发表文章阐释美食理念。他先后在东南亚、中东、印度、埃及、墨西哥及美国等全球多家五星级豪华饭店就职。  

作为北京凯宾斯基饭店饼房行政总厨,乔吉姆致力于欧式奢华与中式传统相结合,带领饼房厨师团队为为宾客提供非凡美食体验。
