After a typical village breakfast of olives, herbs, cheese, eggs and delicious fresh bread, the Chef will take guests to visit the local street markets that showcase produce from the local area. The day continues with lunch at Etrim, an authentic village, home to the age long Turkish traditional nomadic carpets. Guests can become a looming pro as locals show them the tricks of the trade!

The foodie filled day finishes with a delightful visit to an artisanal farm in nearby Selia, which produces its own wine, goats cheese, olive, jams and bread only using traditional methods. A sommelier will accompany guests during the tour while offering them a glass of the region’s finest wine. A perfect finish to a relaxed day eating delicious food and sharing fascinating stories with the locals.

Channel the Inner Picasso on Day 2’s Art Day….

After another delicious breakfast at Kempinski Hotel Barbaros Bay, guests will be taken to a local artist to the nearby art village, Dibeklihan, famed for its many artists and different forms of art from painting to glass. Guests will have the chance to try out the different art forms and visit a wide array of interesting sights whether it be the ethnography museum or charming stone houses.
