Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko introduces Asyra – An innovative formula for a healthy life full of energy

 Beginning this spring season, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is offering a different and innovative service to its guests called Asyra - the most advanced energy screening technology.

Asyra screening is an easy way to get information from the body to understand which aspects of the health are balanced or imbalanced. Using a simple low voltage circuit created by holding two brass cylinders, the response of the body to those signals is recorded by measuring changes in the electrical resistance of the skin. It provides fast and comprehensive test results in less than five minutes with detailed reports available in print-out or e-mail. “Asyra analyses the human body and gives you a general picture of your health status,” commented hotel General Manager, Mr Athanassios Manos about the innovative well-being approach. “I personally tested myself and I was surprised by the results. After my first Asyra check-up, I followed the food recommendations and when I took the test again, I was amazed to see that I’d balanced the food diet which I missed in my first test. A range of useful tests are available to clients using Asyra, such as the Nutritional Assessment Test which shows food imbalances in the body. The results advise the client on which food items to consume in order to balance their energy. Based on the results of the tests, the hotel can offer its guests, a tailor-made menu prepared by the Executive Chef.

“I have dealt with many different food concepts in my professional life, but what is different indeed about Asyra tailor-made menus is that, in most cases, they are not restrictive.” said Francesco. “It’s just opposite. Very often the missing food is very delicious, like different sorts of meat, spices, fish, chocolate and ice cream. Sometimes the results show food items which the guests have never experienced before. It is very exciting for me personally as well, to meet the guests and to answer their questions regarding the ingredients of the menu.”

Another useful test for clients using Asyra is the Vertebral Profile. This test looks for spinal misalignments affecting the client’s overall health. The results show how to improve the spine and joint posture in relation to the modern life style which includes a lot of sitting and often forces the spine and joints out of physical balance.
