Kempinski Seychelles Resort’s fine dining restaurant - L’Indochine has been selected to be one of the 12 restaurants in Seychelles participating in the international gastronomic competition ‘Gout de France’ on March 21st 2016. Headed by the Executive Chef – Sheldon Fonseca inspired with the authentic passion for European Luxury, Kempinski’s kitchen associates proudly presented 5-course menu, which was composed of: Cornet of local yellow fin tuna nicoise, Brillat-Savarin cheese with black truffle banana jam, duck liver and unagi terrine with sake jelly, fillet of Captain Blanc with chicken beurre noisette, perfectly followed by the Yuzu curd, ginger tapioca, spring strawberries with local basil sorbet.
