Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan held a Halloween Party on 31 October 2014.
organisations to pay more attention to charities. That night, Paulaner Brauhaus was decorated as a horrible castle and guests were all dressed up. Chef Romano, who is from Germany, created a feast of authentic European favourites and local specialities for all the guests. The typical Bavarian food made the party a true hit, along with the decorations that added an intense and frightening atmosphere.
Detlef Winter, the general manager of Kempinki Hotel Yinchuan, invited eleven children from Yinchuan Muslim Orphanage to join the celebration. Chef Romano taught them how to make pumpkin pie, and Chef Ma taught them to carve pumpkins. They got all dressed up with the help of the hotel staff to “trick or treat” with other children. At the end, they gave candies to the hotel to express their appreciation.
Through this event, Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan hosted a successful Halloween party that benefited the community and called on community organisations to pay more attention to charities.
