Artisans’ Workshop

Traditional crafts tell powerful stories of people and place. The Artisans’ workshop is a Crafts Project of Turquoise Mountain, Prince of Wales Charities. Meet the artisans and witness these masters passing on traditional techniques of transforming gold into delicate jewellery to their apprentices. Visitors are treated to the Crafts Project mission, a brief history of gold jewellery in Myanmar, and learn about the techniques and designs inspired by centuries-old Myanmar motifs and beautiful symbols of life.
