With the chilly northerly winds flooding the streets, the new autumn menu at Restaurant Telegrafas offers an increased selection of warm dishes and the colourful Lithuanian autumn playfulness on your plate. Executive Chef Javier Lopez explains: “The forest is telling us to take all the goodies it has to offer until the soil is still rich and wet; therefore, mushrooms and berries from Lithuanian woodlands will certainly be components of this season’s dishes.” The remaining hints for the menu? It’s a secret. Chef invites you to come with minimum prejudice - a blank page - and colour it yourself after the dinner experience.

This year you will have an amazing opportunity to individually adjust wine pairing with two best sommeliers of Lithuania, who offer favourites, as well as limited-availability wines from the Atelier Wine Boutique & Tasting Bar.  

Inspired by the change of seasons and blended with unique European culinary tastes, the new autumn menu awaits for you to taste flavours of autumn in Restaurant Telegrafas from September 29, 2016.
