Deep green oil, great strength, intense fresh fruitiness, with notes of green grass (grass, hay), green almond, and herbs (thyme, rosemary). In the palate, it shows a smooth entry, moderate and balanced bitterness and pungency, with almond aftertaste, artichoke, tomato leaf and apple.


The firm, whose name comes from the family castle nestled on a hillside in the township of Canena (Jaén), has utmost respect for the environment.
