The classic version:
Limousine chauffeured drive with a VIP parking service and a welcome glass of champagne upon arrival in the festive columns foyer. The shades of the columns reflect your favourite colours and are set in full harmony with the flower arrangement.
The welcome reception is followed by a seated dinner, either in the large or smaller ballroom. Round tables, fairy tale decorations, your choice of a set menu or buffet are part of the grand evening.
The wedding waltz will be performed either by a live-band or DJ and then the party will start on the dance floor. The speeches will be given on the stage and will make use of all appropriate technical equipment.
The Viennese version:
Carriage drive from Heurigen to Palais Hansen Kempinski Vienna. The welcome reception is will offer Viennese coffee specialties and tasteful afternoon tea. The evening event will take place in the ballroom, the guests will be served a royal Austrian menu and the famous Viennese Waltz won’t be missing.
The fresh version:
Welcome reception in the green lobby garden with seasonal cocktails and light canapes served. The dinner arrangement will be served in the restaurant Die Küche according to its unique Wishing Table style.
Long tables with cosy decorations and guests having fun, are all part of the plan. The event will be highlighted by the chefs who will come out of the kitchen to set up the pastry bar and serve your guest directly and children will be able to immediately taste the sweet delights.
The end of the party will occur in the Henri Lou Event Location when the dawn will break.
