The colorful autumn also brings new culinary diversity to the Palais Hansen Kempinski: Between 20 October and 15 December, the restaurant "Die Küche Wien" serves a traditional Martinigansl with red cabbage, dumplings and chestnuts.
The family meal is possible for four persons or more. The goose is freshly prepared for the guests, which is why the Martinigansl is only offered on order two days in advance.
