Six chefs, seven Michelin stars, endless enjoyment - The restaurant EDVARD at Palais Hansen Kempinski invites you to a special culinary event on Sunday, February 11th, 2018: five guest chefs from Germany and Switzerland as well as Norman Etzold, Chef de Cuisine at EDVARD, and his team present the cuisine of their Michelin-star awarded restaurants. The guest chefs are Christoph Rainer from Luce d'Oro at Elmau Castle in Bavaria, Hendrik Otto from the Lorenz Adlon Esszimmer in Berlin, Sebastian Zier and Moses Ceylan from Einstein Gourmet at Hotel Einstein in St. Gallen and Ulrich Heimann from LE CIEL at the Kempinski Hotel Berchtesgaden in Bavaria.
A relaxed culinary event awaits the guests with eight courses, where the chefs introduce their cooking styles and current dishes. The special feature of the EDVARD Gourmet Festival is the relaxed atmosphere:
The restaurant’s kitchen is open for the guests this evening and the food is not served, but every guest can get their own dishes at the cooking stations.
Moët Chandon and the renowned wineries Gross from Southern Styria, Franz Pichler from the Wachau region and Krutzler from Southern Burgenland provide exclusive aperitifs and wines.
