Five courses inspired by seasonal cuisine including a champagne aperitif await guests of this special evening. Jakob Ehrensberger and his team cook exclusively for the guests of the Chef's Table at the live cooking stations and thus offer insights into their work. The kitchen team willingly explains the preparation and also reveals one or two tips.
The first edition of the Chef's Table is dedicated to the topic "fresh from the sea" with salmon trout, sea bass, shrimp and skrei.
