More than 120 chefs from the best St Petersburg restaurants competed to prove their talents, creating sweet and salty dishes with the theme of ‘Literature’ that was chosen for the contest. Three gold medals were given to employees of Kempinski Hotel Moika 22 at this professional competition.
- Vitaliy Gavrilov, confectionery at Kempinski Hotel Moika 22, received first place for the Best Chocolate Creation.
- Artem Zaripov, sous chef at Bellevue Brasserie restaurant, was given first place for the Best Mini Compliment from Executive Chef.
- Stanislav Kaigorodov, junior sous chef at Bellevue Brasserie restaurant, took home first place for the Best Banquet Fish Dish.
Kempinski has shown once again the highest level and best standards, proving the fundamental corporate philosophy “It’s all about people”.
