High Gourmet Style for Sophisticated Taste

Starting from 30 September 2016, Bellevue Brasserie restaurant at Kempinski Hotel Moika 22 will be offering a largely updated menu with new dishes of French cuisine that will please the most sophisticated guests. Among highlights of the coming autumn-winter season, there are a collection of original desserts and a variety of dishes from signature recipes from Executive Chef Christophe Laplaza, as well as vegan and gluten-free dishes.

For the first time, Bellevue Brasserie presents dishes that fully satisfy the strict requirements of vegan followers and guests who have a gluten-free diet. Tartar of zucchini and Baku tomato with champagne sauce, Pumpkin soup with coco milk and curry,and a vegan dessert of berries with walnuts, as well as gluten-free bread, can make a delicious lunch that brings a festive mood, thanks to the elegant ambience of the restaurant and unique historical city views from its windows.

Master of his craft and the 4th Best Chef at the French national championship of desserts in restaurants in 2004, Christophe Laplaza has introduced five new desserts, which will treat fans of sweets to true gastronomic and aesthetic enjoyment. Lemon pie with meringue, which looks like a snow cap, or Trio of chocolate mousses with brownie, which reminds you of a pattern in an abstract style, and other desserts will delight with their presentation and amazing taste.

The executive chef has paid great attention to the dishes of the main restaurant’s menu. Bellevue Brasserie’s guests will appraise signature recipes by Christophe Laplaza, who has enhanced classic French cuisine dishes, whose modern-art look and exquisite taste create an unforgettable gourmet experience. Christophe recommends trying all the new dishes of the autumn-winter season at Bellevue Brasserie restaurant, among which are:

  • Bluefin tuna with radish and sesame
