St Petersburg, 19 May 2016 – Starting from 20 May 2016, Bellevue Brasserie restaurant at Kempinski Hotel Moika 22 will be celebrating the summer. Anyone can experience its flavour and atmosphere trying the new dishes of the restaurant’s menu and enjoying them on the Bellevue Brasserie summer terraces, decorated with garden flowers.
Master of his craft, Executive Chef Christophe Laplaza will introduce to the restaurant’s guests several new dishes of his native French cuisine in the author’s interpretation. “In the summer, we always want to feel each day is a holiday, and I have decided to offer our guests new dishes which will cheer them up and create the carefree mood of a vacation,” says Christophe.
Colourful and light, delicious and healthy, the new dishes at Bellevue Brasserie will delight anyone with their beautiful presentation alone.
