Inspired by the splendid architecture and in honour of the Hermitage Museum’s 250th anniversary, our Executive Chef Christophe Laplaza has created a culinary work of art that he has named "L’hermitage".

Well-shaped and whitened exquisite dark chocolate forms a perfect sphere full of hidden treasures – a fluffy panna cotta, raspberry jelly, a tiny layer of biscuit and honey mousse. The dish is a collection of flavours and textures highlighted by an exquisite appearance, which is a masterpiece of creativity like any true work of fine art.

"L’hermitage" dessert is served in the panoramic Bellevue Brasserie restaurant. It's glass walls offer spectacular views of the Hermitage Museum. The magnificent museum, made world famous by its outstanding collection of European art from antiquity to the present day, is situated right in front of Kempinski Hotel Moika 22.

Bellevue Brasserie is located on Floor 9 of Kempinski Hotel Moika 22 and opens from 12:00 noon until 01:00 daily.
