For a quarter of a century, the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival has been excelling with its incomparably diversified event culture. In 2019, we will celebrate the 26th anniversary of the festival, whilst at the same time premiering a new festival format: the programme now offers even more time and opportunities for visiting the great variety of culinary events, where guests can enjoy the pleasures of top-class cookery skills or our highly fascinating top chefs.
This year we are proud to host guest Master Chef Mingoo Kang from the with two-Michelin-stars-awarded restaurant Mingles in Seoul. From 16 to 18 of January, Chef Kang presents contemporary Korean fine dining at restaurant Cà d’Oro. Inspired by traditional Korean cuisine and while exploring new techniques and sensibilities, he offers a cuisine that mingles contrasting elements into harmony.
