Everybody eats rösti in Switzerland. It is the traditional dish known all across the country and the world. This hearty dish was traditionally a household staple of farmers. Nowadays, it is a dish that everyone enjoys for lunch, dinner and sometimes even for breakfast.
The Rösti has become so popular that you will find variations of it with a plethora of different toppings, as well as small, hash brown-like versions, which are typically served for breakfast. You will find this dish almost everywhere in the Engadin region, from ski huts to restaurants, and of course as signature dish in our hotel as well.
