Begin with refreshing options like chilled Tomato Gazpacho, Wild Rocket Salad with strawberries and caramelized almonds, or crispy Fried Sardine Fillet with caper aioli. For mains, savour Mediterranean classics like Pan-Seared Sea Bass with tomato-olive salsa, Gnocchi with four cheeses and candied walnuts, or tender Braised Beef Cheek on saffron risotto.

If you opt to skip starters, round off your mains with a decadent Chocolate Fondant, fresh fruit platter, or a scoop of ice cream or sorbet.
