Kempinski Hotel Bahia as our signature dish!

This delecacy is slowly cooked on the boiler and then roasted at 300c in our Josper charcoal grill with garlic, parsley and olive oil. Finished with a hint of lemon is then served with a creamy potato puree and a touch of smoked paprika.

Who says dessert has to wait until after dinner? You will find Chef Santiago Guerrero’s Lemon Tart hard to postpone. With a crispy biscuit base, topped with a tangy citrus flavor and paired with sweet whipped meringue and lime syrup this our lemon tart will be hard to resist.
