Amanda Elder Promoted to Chief Commercial Officer of Kempinski
GENEVA, 24 July 2018 – Kempinski Hotels announces the promotion of Amanda Elder to the position of Chief Commercial Officer, effective immediately. Amanda first joined Kempinski in 2014 as Vice-President Sales and Marketing for Kempinski in China, where she oversaw all arms of business development for this market. More recently, as Senior Vice-President of Business Development, Amanda led the teams responsible for Kempinski sales, marketing, distribution, revenue management and hotel public relations worldwide.

Amanda has more than 25 years of experience in the luxury hospitality field, including senior global sales, marketing and operations positions covering Europe, Middle East, Africa and China. Since March 2017 Amanda has been a Member of the Management Board of Kempinski Hotels and in April 2018 she was elected Chairperson of the Global Hotel Alliance Marketing Strategy Board.
