With this in mind we have launched the "Kempinski Owner’s Meeting," a unique forum to continue facilitating exchanges and dialogue between our Owners, senior Executives and the senior management team.
We have established the Kempinski Owner’s Club as a formal recognition of the trust bestowed on us by our Owners when they appoint Kempinski to manage their hotel. No other hotel company offers its owners such a recognition service on a company-wide basis. The Owner’s Club offers immediate access to our hotels’ services and ensures a welcome in true VIP style. For this service to be a recognised success, each Kempinski hotel or resort ensures the total commitment of its staff to deliver on this promise.
From the moment a property has been contracted, our Owners can begin to reap the associated rewards of joining Kempinski’s Owners Club. Membership offers exclusive benefits, including special rates when staying at any Kempinski hotel or resort within our portfolio, as well as regular newsletters from the senior management of the Company. Further privileges include guaranteed upgrades and a range of complimentary services.
