Spa Etiquette

The spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect the quiet and privacy of other guests. We kindly request that you refrain from using mobile phones and cameras. It is recommended that you leave valuables in your guest room safe. The spa does not assume liability for any valuables.

 

Location & Opening Hours

Located on the Mezzanine level, the spa is open daily from 7 am to 10:30 pm.

 

Personal Items

Although every effort is made to ensure the safety of our guests’ personal belongings, please be informed that the Kempinski The Spa accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss by means of theft, fire, or any other cause whatsoever.

 

Reservations

Advanced booking is highly recommended to ensure preferred times are available, particularly if you choose to enjoy multiple bookings during your stay. The spa provides walk-in bookings based on availability.  Should you not find your desired treatment in our spa menu, please speak with our spa team who would be delighted to create an individual treatment or package for you.

Minimum age: The minimum age for spa treatments is 18.

Spa Experience

To make the most of your spa experience and support the benefits of your treatment, we recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to enjoy our inviting wet area comprised of a steam room, indoor jacuzzi, and sauna. For your convenience, the spa will provide towels, slippers, shower caps, and all amenities required for use during your visit. During all treatments, you will be properly draped for ensured privacy.

 

Health Concerns

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatments or use of the spa facilities.

 

Gift Certificates

Our gift certificates make a wonderful gift for any special occasion. Please enquire at the spa reception for details and purchase.

 

Fitness Centre

Our Fitness Centre boasts high-end equipment. The safe use of the facility and its equipment is the sole responsibility of the user.

The minimum age for use is 18.

Open 24 hours for in-house guests.

Lateness & Cancellation Policy

Arriving late will limit your treatment time according to our prescheduled bookings. However, if no guest follows your booking, you can enjoy the full duration of your treatment in such cases. Please understand that your late arrival may result in a reduction of treatment time as a courtesy to our next guest.

No charges will be applied if the treatment has been canceled one & half an hour before the treatment scheduled time. 50% charges will be applied if the treatment has been canceled one hour before the treatment scheduled time. 100% charges will be applied if the treatment has been canceled 30 minutes before the treatment scheduled time.

If appointments are reserved before your arrival to the hotel, the spa cancellation policy follows that of your hotel.
