After more than a hundred years of grand hotel history and Hanseatic tradition, the famous Atlantic Classic, the Lobster Bisque has remained on the menu at the á la carte Atlantic Restaurant.
The Lobster Bisque was created by Franz Pfordte back in 1909 when he became the Maitre at the Atlantic Hotel. Today, we still apply the classical French service when the soup is served, this year we have already done this thousands of times and there will be more to come. In order to ensure the excellent quality and to make sure that we keep the tradition for another 100 years, all chefs get an individual training by our Executive Chef.
The dish has always been our "Signature Dish".
