Winter Culinary Pop-Up Concepts

As the perfect place to enjoy the winter season in style, Grand Hotel Kempinski Geneva welcomes its guests with delightful winter celebrations. The hotel presents a program of three different pop-up concepts until February 2018: "La Petite Forêt", "Les Igloos" et "Le Goûter".

At the heart of the hotel's patio, the chic winter concept "La Petite Forêt" has taken up its quarters with a forest of sparkling Christmas trees. In collaboration with Dom Pérignon, Grand Hotel Kempinski Geneva offers guests exceptional moments with an unusual meal designed around an amazing Champagne and black truffle fondue, accompanied by bubbles of iconic Dom Pérignon Champagne. At the same time, guests may discover the incomparable works of the world's bestselling French contemporary artist Richard Orlinski, who showcases a temporary exhibition with some of his emblematic masterpieces in the hotel's patio.

The culinary offer includes a fondue moitié-moitié "AOP" with Champagne and black truffles, Swiss cold cut selection and condiments, potatoes in their jackets and green salad, a glass of Dom Pérignon Brut Champagne for CHF 89.- per person.

To create a magic spirit around Christmas time, Grand Hotel Kempinski Geneva has also set up "Les Igloos" on the terrace of FloorTwo Bar facing the lake and the famous Jet d'Eau of the city. Transparent and decorated in a chic way, the local and international guests slip into one of these heated bubbles with a dedicated butler for an apéritif, a dinner or a magical evening with a starry sky backdrop.

Delighting the taste buds in winter time, the gourmet break "Le Goûter" is served daily starting from 3 pm at FloorTwo Lounge with creations by pastry chef Pierrick Simon. Perfectly located in the heart of the Grand Hotel Kempinski Geneva, the Lounge offers an exceptional view on the lake and the Jet d`Eau. Modern design and cozy atmosphere allow guests to settle down in comfortable armchairs to taste the best and enjoy a moment, with family or friends. The Pastry Chef revisits the classical sweets from his childhood and offers a delicious selection of goodies. A great selection of teas, coffees and the inimitable Signature hot chocolate round off the "Le Goûter".
