Yes, the hotel will provide you with a visa request letter and your reservation confirmation. Guests should send this document to the embassy.
Public transport and walk:
From the airport, walk outside and turn left along the building until you reach the airport train station. Catch any train as they all go to Geneva’s main station Cornavin. Inside the airport where you pick up your luggage, you can get a free 60-minute transport ticket.
From Cornavin train station, walk straight along the Rue des Alpes until you reach the lake. Then turn left on Quai du Mont-Blanc. The hotel is at number 19 (ten-minute walk).
You can take one right outside the airport or train station.
A driver will be waiting for you.
A taxi will cost around CHF 40.
We have underground parking beneath the hotel.
The tariff will be CHF 35/night or CHF 420/month.
Swiss francs. You can change your money either at the airport, change offices in the city or at the hotel but with a commission.
Pets, like cats and little dogs, are accepted but they will not be allowed in any food-service outlets (Except at FloorTwo Lounge), the spa or pool areas. Any damages caused by them will be charged.

No. The hotel is five minutes away by boat and ten minutes away by walking from the most fashionable shopping street in Geneva, Rue du Rhône.
Yes. We have the largest heated, private, indoor swimming pool in the city of Geneva. It is open from 5:00am until 12:00 midnight.
Our establishment is privileged to have Théâtre du Léman within its walls with a varied choice of shows beyond all expectations.
The sunny days of Geneva invite you to take a relaxing sunbath on our patio deckchairs. You can also enjoy Le Bains des Paquîs, a beautiful place located in front of the hotel and a few metres from the Jet d’Eau offering different activities each season.
From Monday to Friday, most of the shops are open from 10:00am – 19:00pm. On Thursdays, big establishments are open until 9:00pm. On Saturdays, stores will be closed by 18:00pm. Most of the shops are closed on Sundays.
Smoking is forbidden in public areas. Our guests have the option of smoking on our open patio on Floor 2. Nevertheless, the hotel has some smoking rooms and suites available upon request
