Wine dinner with Chateau le Grand Vostock on the Black Sea coast

Chateau le Grand Vostock has produced wines since 2003. It is one of the first wine trademarks in Russia constructed with French technology using only hand-picked grapes from their own vineyards. The wine factory is  led by wine-maker Frank Duseigneur.

During the event Frank represented five different wines accompanied by specially cooked dinner  by Kempinski Grand Hotel Gelendzhik chef Gerald Vorreiter. Magic wine tasting procedure was full of  wine passion combined with classical music.  At first the guests were treated with Pinot Aligote Selection 2010 served with coconut-prawns cream soup, rich fish praline. Le Chene Royal 2010  was represented to guests with emperors pate and celery salad.  And sweet sour beetroot with black sea turbot and  lardo were catered with Cuvee Karsov white 2010. The red wine le Chene Royal 2007 with lamb en croute, parsley mousseline, broad beans salad and perigord truffle sauce was definitely highlight of the evening...
