A grandiose Gala-dinner will be held at Versailles Grand Ballroom on 23 February. A special festive menu by our chef, entertainment programme with participation of host, DJ and musical band will make the holiday evening truly unforgettable!

The menu includes:

Selection of cold appetisers and salads by Chef:

  • Lightly salted salmon with silver onion, artichoke, marinated meadow mushroom, gherkins, sundried tomato, salmon caviar and sour cream and smoked paprika dressing
  • Bresaola with rocket salad, compressed melon, Grana Padano cheese and Modena balsamic vinegar 5 years aged reduction

  • Air-dried black pepper “Jamon Curado” and Manchego cheese 18 months cured with roasted capsicum, pickled cucumber, black olives and garlic bread with tomato salsa

  • Mozzarella cheese with tomatoes with basil, smoked extra virgin olive oil, Taggiasche black olives and Modena balsamic

  • Blackened curry yellow fin tuna tataki with udon noodles, capsicum, carrot, cucumber, soya beans, green cabbage, cherry tomato, papaya, cashew nuts and mild spicy Thai dressing

  • Goat cheese crumble salad with organic mixed salad leaves, compressed melon, steamed green beans, grilled eggplant, red cabbage, yellow cherry tomato, almond flakes, white beans, brioche croutons and raspberry vinegar

Hot appetiser:

  • “Carnaroli del Pavese” risotto with Porcini mushroom, leek, rosemary, black truffle oil and Grana Padano cheese 12 months aged

Main Course of your choice:

  • Roasted rabbit thigh filled with oyster mushroom, Kalamata black olives and pistachio served with rosemary potatoes, steamed carrot, crispy red cabbage, Jerusalem artichoke and shallot sauce

  • Roasted Mediterranean sea bass citrus-marinated served with smoked paprika blackened octopus, mozzarella cheese, sautéed brown meadow mushroom and leek, rocket and almond salad, preserves roasted tomatoes and dry summer herbs sauce

Dessert:

  • Traditional Panforte with zabaione and vodka jelly

The price is RUB 4 000 per adult.

The price is RUB 2 000 per child (6-12 years old).
