Starting from February 19 and throughout the Lent we invite you to taste our Lenten Menu which offers the original interpretation of the Russian cuisine as well as exquisite themed dishes by Chef of the hotel.

Lenten Menu:

  • Tofu cheese salad with cherry tomatoes, roasted capsicum, rocket salad, oregano and smoked olive oil - RUB 650

  • Wild mushroom creamy soup with truffle and meadow mushroom quenelles, pumpkin and carrot puree - RUB 650

  • Whole grain linguine with tomato, seasonal vegetable and sautéed broccoli - RUB 450

  • Baked vanilla William’s pear served with orange fruit salad - RUB 450
