On 8 March we invite you to experience a delicious dinner which will be served at Versailles Grand Ballroom. For the most wonderful holiday of the year, our chef has created a special menu which will definitely meet your tastes.

The menu includes:

Selection of cold appetisers and salads by Chef:

  • Burrata with tomato, dry oregano, smoked extra virgin olive oil, rocket salad, and garlic crispy focaccia
  • Lightly salted salmon with silver onion, artichoke, marinated meadow mushroom, gherkins, sundried tomato, salmon caviar and sour cream and smoked paprika dressing

  • "Prosciutto di Parma" 12 months aged with smoked bocconcini cheese, marinated green asparagus, crispy fennel and yoghurt and lemon dressing

  • Brown malt bread bruschetta with smoked rainbow trout, steamed beetroot and marinated seasonal mushroom served with organic leaves salad

  • Blackened curry yellow-fin tuna tataki with udon noodles, capsicum, carrot, cucumber, soya beans, green cabbage, cherry tomato, papaya, cashew nuts and mild spicy Thai dressing

  • Slow-cooked Moroccan chicken tagine with chickpeas, couscous, smoked eggplant, sundried tomato, green peas, quail eggs, Kalamata black olives, compressed cucumber, rocket salad, and frisse leaves

  • Fish selection: cold smoked halibut, mild cured salmon, citrus-marinated king prawns, with artichoke, sundried tomatoes, red wild rice, green pea, Kalamata black olives, boiled carrot, crispy fennel and dressing of orange and extra virgin olive oil

Hot appetiser:

  • Slow-cooked duck breast marinated with organic buckwheat honeyand rosemary served at 60 degrees with steamed pumpkin, spinach, almond and raisin sauté, crumble of chorizo, organic red apple and ginger sauce

Main Course of your choice:

  • Roasted salmon fillet scented with smoked chive extra virgin olive oil-served green asparagus, pumpkin and bacon barley risotto

  • Baked cannelloni filled with ricotta, spinach and nutmeg topped with mozzarella, Grana Padano cheese 12 months aged and tomato sauce with basil

Dessert:

  • Seasonal berries mousse with mandarin coulis and white chocolate praline

The price is RUB 4 000 per adult.

The price is RUB 2 000 per child (6-12 years old).
