Know what the taste is all about. References build trust. Here’s a foretaste of our handiwork!
Sophisticated and very special. Our catering handiwork offered at other locations is again a little different from our luxury hotels – the Falkenstein Grand Kempinski and the Villa Rothschild Kempinski. What is required is an incredible degree of flexibility, immense team dynamics and blind trust. Of essential importance is the planning and preparation, heeding logistic challenges and timing everything to perfection at the event location. We’re well educated in this and have gained extensive experience as a result.
We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the companies of national and international reputation who have already placed their trust in us and who have allowed us to publish details of their events here, making your choice of choosing the right caterer a little easier.
“Geschmackshandwerk inspired by Villa Rothschild” had the great pleasure of providing HUGO BOSS with culinary delights at the customer presentations of their “Made to Measure (MTM)” line in Munich, Stuttgart and Frankfurt. We were able to accentuate the fine art of tailoring with our own handicrafts and even the choice of corresponding champagne brought about an effective synergy between the two high-class crafts. It was an event series that clearly demonstrated that we are able to offer our food & beverage compositions a clear and surprisingly dramatic presence forming the perfect background for a unique fashion line. You will have noticed that for us catering is not simply supplying food to another location. We engage ourselves with the event and its goals, input our own expertise and do not wish to and will not offer a standard programme that makes no statement. More on HUGO BOSS Made to Measure can be found here.
The DTM is always a special attraction. And when allowed to work with the current DTM winner, PHOENIX RACING, then this is even more spectacular again. For the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring, “Geschmackshandwerk inspired by Villa Rothschild” bore the entire catering responsibilities for the high-ranking guests of the Phoenix Racing Team. Everything was taken care of from the cuisine communications to the culinary dishes themselves - and all that over a 24-hour period. It was a challenge that proved to be a great experience not only because of the length of the race. And at the end the team headed by Ernst Moser was victorious. A feeling that still gives us goosebumps today. Of course, we cannot say that there was a correlation between our service and the team. That would be absurd. However, the flavours we offered didn’t do any harm either and our excitement of being involved in future events with the team is for everyone – at least motorsport enthusiasts - understandable. In cooperation with Jaguar Land Rover, Wavemusic and the regional dealership for premium cars, Avalon Kronberg, the “Geschmackshandwerk inspired by Villa Rothschild” was on hand with their “taste technology” to accompany the first Private Chill in the nationally renowned Public Chill event series. With its chilled lounge concept located outside in a 10-hectare park which was enhanced by great jazz music, creative barbecue ideas and sparkling drinks, the day event provided the perfect casual setting to present the dynamic Range Rover Evoque to 300 guests and allow them to get an ever closer look. It was a presentation that proved so successful that we have already begun to plan the second Private Chill for Jaguar Land Rover.
