A Transit Visa is required by individuals entering the United Arab Emirates with the exception of citizens of the following countries:

 

Britain, France, Italy, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Latvia, Estonia, Malta, Cyprus, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and GCC countries.

Yes - we can arrange pick up and drop off to or from Dubai International Airport and the hotel at a cost of 350 AED each way.

When checking in you must present a valid passport or national ID (GCC counties only) for all guests staying in the room. If you booked a room with us through a travel agency, check in vouchers must be presented at the time of check-in. If you've booked a complimentary room with us using a voucher, the original voucher must be presented at the time of check-in.

As per the UAE law, occupants of a hotel room must be aged 21 years or above at the time of check-in, unless accompanied by a parent(s) or legal guardian.
