Resense began as collaboration between Kempinski Hotels and Raison d’Etre in early 2009, the union brought excellence and experience in tailor-making holistic spas and spa brands for both parts. The fast growing company has more than 50 spas in operation and development.

The company’s philosophy is to ‘deliver’!

Resense is involved from beginning to end, offering a complete service including detailed market research, financial assessment, design, development, training, preopening and ongoing management.

The company’s main philosophy is to deliver, when it comes to guests, Resense promise only what can be delivered and does whatever it takes to exceed their expectations, while staff training and standards implementation is a priority as it believes that well cared spa teams provide the best spa experiences for guests.
