OUR SIGNATURE DISH
Our signature dish – a Lebanese classic with a 5-star twist
The mission: re-invent a culinary classic
The ingredients: yogurt, shrimps, kebbe, tomatoes, kaak & coriander
The result: a culinary milestone
A signature dish is a recipe that defines a chef or restaurant. It is carefully prepared from the finest ingredients with a strong personal twist. Ideally, it continues the culinary traditions of an entire region.
The Fatteh is a typical Levantine dish. For many centuries, its recipe has been passed on from one generation to another. Every region uses local variations of ingredients, from vinegar meat in Egypt to eggplant and chickpeas in Lebanon. We made it our Pier 78 signature dish, a culinary classic with a 5-star twist.
Our fatteh contains local ingredients such as shrimps, homemade fish kebbeh, sundried tomatoes, kaak and homemade coriander. The rich variety of ingredients gives our secret recipe the perfect balance of flavors and spices. Tasting our “Seafood Fatteh” makes unwinding on the deck of Pier 78 extra special.
