A typical Levantine dish - one of Lebanon’s classics - with a Kempinski twist!
The mission: invention of a culinary trademark
The ingredients: yogurt, shrimps, kebbe, tomatoes, kaak & coriander
The result: authentic and delicious
To become a signature dish, a dish has to be unique in its preparation, the ingredients must be of high quality and it has to have a local relation to the region.
The Fatteh, an ancient Levantine dish, is an old family recipe that is traditionally passed down from one generation to the other.
Every region uses local variations of ingredients, from vinegar meat in Egypt, to eggplants and chickpeas in Lebanon; never the less, the fatteh is a regional heartwarming dish, and that's why we made it our Pier78 Signature Dish... with a twist!
Our Fatteh contains our local ingredients such as local shrimps, homemade fish kebbe, local sun dried tomatoes, kaak and homemade coriander. This variety of ingredients is what gives our special recipe the perfect combinations of both flavors and spices.
We would like to invite you to visit our Pier78 Restaurant and try our famous "Seafood Fatteh" signature dish - for LBP 60,000.
"Creating Tradition" is what we do!
