A Swiss national, Chef Joachim has more than 30 years-worth of experience in the renowned patisseries across the world’s leading luxury hotels, from Southeast Asia and India to the Middle East and Egypt, all the way to Mexico and the USA. So great is Joachim's passion for chocolate and desserts, that he even earned the honorary title, the “Truffle Prince” from his peers.
Chef Joachim joins Kempinski Hotel Beijing Lufthansa Center to oversee all pastry operations. Together with his creative team, he works on a range of artistic and innovative desserts, always with a vision to surprise and delight guests.
