Mass Talent Hunt Begins at Kempinski’s Largest Resort in Yanqi Lake, Beijing

Kempinski’s largest resort, set on 14-square-kilometre grounds in Yanqi Lake, Beijing, a project backed by Beijing Enterprises Group Company Limited, begins mass talent hunt on their Recruitment Day on Saturday 22 February 2014 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the ballroom of sister property Kempinski Hotel Beijing Lufthansa Center.

Department heads will conduct on-site interviews to fill over 700 full-time and part-time positions. Salaries are benched up to 8% above market rate and attractively packaged with comfortable housing as well as recreational and entertainment facilities.

This one-of-a-kind development comprises 14 hotels, 14 restaurants and bars, as well as 14,069 square metres of conference facilities, spa, a marina with a yacht, and a Kids Club. The resort will also serve as host venue for global summits and international conferences – no doubt, employees will have a balance of fun and positive challenges amidst a professional European environment. After all, opening a property of this size, combined with its European service culture and horizontal management system, does not happen frequently.
