The hotel is among the best brands on the Bulgarian market
At the end of October, the fifth consecutive awards of the global organisation Superbrands took place, identifying those brands that are performing above and beyond others within the market led by the following criteria: quality, reliability and distinction. Among the leading brands awarded with the honorary recognition and the only five-star deluxe hotel to receive the honour, is also Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko. The awards are based on the votes of an independent and voluntary council of leading experts, authoritative representatives of marketing agencies, managers of key Bulgarian and international companies and leading journalists from influential media, together with the vote of users online.
The official ceremony was held on Tuesday, 27 October at Sofia Event Center and gathered 46 of the most elite brands in the country. Director of Sales and Marketing Violeta Milusheva and General Manager Carsten Seubert also attended the event, where Mr Seubert had the pleasure to personally receive the award on behalf of the hotel.
On occasion of the accolade he commented, “It is an exceptional honour for us to have successfully passed the selection process and to be recognised among the best brands in Bulgaria, being a leader in providing luxury experiences.
