Kempinski’s first property to open in the Seychelles, the stunning five-star resort is located in an exclusive corner of Baie Lazare, and has been a welcome addition to the luxury hospitality offering on the island of Mahé.
Yves-Cem will lead his team in sales and marketing efforts aimed at raising awareness of both the five-star Kempinski Seychelles Resort and Seychelles as a destination for both leisure and business travellers. His appointment comes at the end of month-long enhancements to the property that will expand the array of room features, dining options and leisure facilities including a dive centre.
Under the leadership of Yves-Cem, the Sales and Marketing team at Kempinski Hotel & Residences, Palm Jumeirah, successfully established the property as the leading all-suite resort in Dubai in all key feeder markets and across a range of demographics. The resort recorded the highest Average Room Revenue (ARR) and second highest Revenue per Available Room (RevPar) in Kempinski from 2012 to date. It is this same drive that he brings to Kempinski Seychelles Resort, Baie Lazare. He aims to leverage on the resort and its new amenities and facilities to offer guests the very best in five-star luxury.
Yves-Cem brings a wealth of experience from his time with Kempinski and other brands like Armani Hotels & Resorts, Park Hyatt and Hilton. His early beginnings at Park Hilton in Munich, where he did his apprenticeship, helped build a strong foundation that has been the basis for the sales and marketing path he has followed and the stripes he has earned during his career.
A German national, Yves-Cem is fluent in Turkish, English and German.
