Internal pastry competition took place on March 16th with a selected group of 9 chefs from different sections of the resort kitchen competing for special prizes and having the unique chance of implementing the best pastries of the Kempinski Seychelles Resort a la carte menu. Contestants were encouraged to use local products and were judged on the timely- and tasty execution, while they were committed to present 3 similar platters of dessert within 3 hours. Chef Sandy Sokalingum with the “Exotic Symphony” has been selected by the resort senior management to be the winner of this sweet showdown.
