Kempinski Seychelles Resort Welcomes New Director of Sales and Marketing

Baie Lazare, Seychelles - 25 November 2016: Kempinski Seychelles Resort Baie Lazare is excited to announce that Marko Dobrus has recently joined as the new Director of Sales and Marketing. Dobrus, who joins Kempinski’s Seychelles outfit from their St Moritz property in Switzerland, will oversee all marketing strategies and sales initiatives for the resort.

Dobrus’ career in hospitality started in Greece in 2001 with SA Sani Beach Hotel, before returning to his native Estonia, where he headed up Sales and Marketing teams at Swissôtel in Tallin. In 2015 he became a member of the Kempinski bringing with him a wealth of experience and a keen knowledge of European, Middle Eastern markets following numerous postings in luxury hotels in Estonia, Azerbaijan and Switzerland.  

“Marko has extensive experience in hospitality and with luxury brands, having served as Director of Sales and Marketing in his previous roles. We are confident that his background will help us grow and distinguish our reputation in the market” said Masami Egami, General Manager.

“I am thrilled to join such a dynamic team” said Dobrus, who arrived in Seychelles for the first time earlier this week. “The fact that Seychelles is such a charismatic location, with incredible dining, natural beauty and culture, makes this move especially exciting for me and my family.”

Dobrus is looking forward to developing a growing Sales and Marketing team.
