As we believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, our head chef Sheldon Fonseca has created a signature breakfast dish for our guests. Inspired by Kempinski’s European heritage and the strong relationship with our local culture, we proudly introduce you to our Creole scrambled eggs.

The unique dish is cooked with aromatic Creole-curry-spiced masala and topped with thinly sliced, smoked kingfish and crispy curry leaves. On the side, you’ll find our flavourful rougaille sauce, an authentic Creole tomato sauce
