At the heart of Refectory Bar lies the legendary St. Thomas Beer, brewed according to a historic recipe created by the monastery’s Augustinian monks. Preserved and revived exclusively for the Augustine Hotel, this beer represents a living continuation of centuries-old brewing tradition.
