Kempinski Hotel Ishtar Dead Sea & Kempinski Hotel Aqaba Red Sea Recognise Top Travel Agents for 2014/2015
Kempinski Hotel Ishtar Dead Sea & Kempinski Hotel Aqaba Red Sea organised a thank you event at Kempinski Hotel Ishtar Dead Sea for all travel agents and partners in Jordan in appreciation and recognition of the great support they extended to the hotels in 2014 and 2015. The event was attended by more than 250 travel partners who enjoyed an alfresco fancy dinner at the Lemon Garden, one of the most breathtaking venues in Jordan overlooking the beautiful Dead Sea.
The ceremony started with a warm speech by Nadia al Zoubi, the famous Rotana radio presenter, who welcomed the attendees and added a spirit of excitement to the beautiful ambience, followed by a speech by Mr Sebastien Mariette, general manager of Kempinski Hotel Ishtar Dead Sea and Mr Athanassios Manos, general manager of Kempinski Hotel Aqaba Red Sea. They expressed their sincere gratitude for all travel partners attending the prestigious event and for their enormous support towards the properties of Kempinski in Jordan. They reiterated, "Kempinski Hotels in Jordan aim to provide international and local guests with true Jordanian hospitality, embedded with a remarkable European flair. We look forward to continuing our fruitful business relationship for years to come.”
And to complement the evening, Mr Sebastien Mariette and Mr Athanassios Manos along with Mr. Mohammed Saed, cluster director of sales and marketing for both hotels, distributed special hand-made trophies for the top travel agents who significantly contributed to the success of our hotels in 2014 and 2015. The guests enjoyed a fancy dinner prepared by the talented chefs of Kempinski Hotel Ishtar Dead Sea, who impressed the audience with their culinary creativity. In addition, guests were entertained by a variety of amazing programmes that added more excitement to the evening. The famous Jordanian Guitanai band performed their best local and international songs, while a couple amazed the audience with their excellent talents during a fire show. A great performance was done by one of the local folkloric troupes called “Hail”, which was well received by the attendees of the dinner along with the belly dancer of the hotel.
