Kempinski Hotel Ajman Welcomes New Italian Chef Andrea Giannini

Kempinski Hotel Ajman is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrea Giannini as the Head Chef of the organic Italian restaurant Sabella’s. Originally from Chieti, a city in the south of Italy, Chef Andrea brings over ten years of industry experience to the smallest of the Emirates to lead the Italian kitchen team and further contribute to the success of the hotel.

Chef Andrea started his culinary career in Italy in 2003. Prior to joining Kempinski Hotel Ajman, he worked in several restaurants around the world, including in Germany, Ireland and Indonesia, holding the position as the Head Chef for the past seven years.

“I believe that people are looking more for the authenticity when it comes to their dining experiences and I trust that joining the Sabella’s team will give me a great chance to enhance the guest experience by offering them an authentic dining experience and serving organic food,” he said.

“We recently revived Sabella's to offer our guests a truly authentic Italian experience in the Northern Emirates by changing the menu to 100% organic and locally produced food. By having a real Italian chef leading the team, you can feel his undeniable passion for authentic Italian food and using only organic ingredients in the dishes. We have provided a chance for our guests to move from fine dining to casual dining that offers excellent cuisine at the best value for money,” concluded Hotel Manager Kai Schukowski.
