Oyster lovers and those who have an affinity for all things new will enjoy subtle and sensational flavours of each oyster varietal and its distinctive preparation.
From slow-cooked truffle sole with fresh oysters and green asparagus to savoury fennel and saffron risotto with fresh oysters, this is the season to rediscover the jewel of the ocean.
