Reworking their much-acclaimed ‘Hakka Brunch’, the new concept brings fresh meaning to Friday feasting, delivering a decadent brunch of contemporary Chinese dishes, DJ beats and free-flowing bubbly.
Delivered with trademark culinary theatre from the first bite, Brunch at Hakkasan begins with Hakkasan’s signature Peking duck. Carved by expert chefs, the traditional dish is then given a modern twist – topped with caviar and delivered to the table in a puff of apple wood smoke.
Including a carefully chosen selection of Hakkasan’s most popular dim sum and small eats to start, main courses and regularly changing desserts, with highlights such as Wagyu beef truffle puff, braised superior seafood soup with black truffle and fish maw, wok-fry wild prawn with pineapple and XO sauce. Plus a selection of Hakkasan’s signature cocktails, fruit blends, sake and bubbly.
Following an extensive refurbishment, Hakkasan Abu Dhabi’s terrace lounge is set to open in February 2018, so book now for brunch on one of the city’s best kept al fresco secrets.
