Many artisan farmers prepare fresh apple juice and wine, and one of the most delicious and interesting Lithuanian specialities is the apple cheese known as ‘Obuolių sūris’. Consisting of 3 cl Stumbras Organic Vodka, 3 cl of Lithuanian Midus, 2 cl of lime juice and 120 cl of freshly squeezed apple juice, our signature drink is almost 100% local, made from local alcoholic beverages and one of the most popular fruits in Lithuania – apples. Mead is the oldest alcoholic beverage in the world, but Lithuanian mead is exceptional not for its history, but for its unique taste. Genuine Lithuanian mead is only about 12% strong and has an inimitable smoothness to its flavour. The balsam made from mead has an alcohol concentration that reaches as high as 75%! Matured according to ancient recipes that are held in secret, mead is an important ingredient needed to perfect the taste of the Fallen Apple cocktail.
