Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul introduces a brand new service to enrich guest satisfaction: Çırağan Welcome Service. With this new service, the conventional pick up service has evolved into a whole new experience; the aim is to make the guests feel as if the hotel’s doorman welcomes them at the gate of the plane way before the hotel entrance.

 

Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul has blended Kempinski global management’s philosophy of ultimate satisfaction in guest experience with Turkish hospitality; a service that makes guests feel at home the moment they touch land, guided by a local Çırağan Welcome Service team member. Partnering up with two respectable companies Çelebi and Travelium, Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul makes sure that its guests are fully attended before they enter the hotel.
 
Guests are picked up at the door of the airplane. From the moment they arrive at Istanbul until they check in to their room, they do not have to worry about anything. Would they like to exchange money; vitamins from the pharmacy or a last minute gift for a local friend who will be visited? Whatever is needed before getting on the car, the team will handle it quickly and efficiently. Then the Çırağan Welcome Service team will deliver the guests to the driver of the car who will take them right to the hotel. 
 
“This is not fast track, this is a whole new experience,” says Can Göktaş, Kempinski Regional Director of Sales, Turkey and Southern Europe, the initiator of the project. “There will be no worries from the guests’ side. They will not even have to look for a signboard with their names on; they will meet their driver after a hassle free experience at always busy airports of Istanbul, Atatürk and Sabiha Gökçen, guided by a local team member who knows the airport like the palm of her or his hand. Guests will be getting local information on Istanbul, the only city on earth that unites two continents, Europe and Asia, and on our hotel during their time at the airport.  Our aim is to enhance our guests’ travel experience and make it as pleasant as it can be from the start until the end.”
